Available in a silver-gray or black fabric, our Pleated Shades provide
elegant soft, filtered light or room darkening.
Both fabrics feature a THERMO-STOP coating on the exterior side that
acts as a heat barrier – keeping heat out in the summer and in
during winter months.
The shades can be raised and lowered to any position and are operated
with VELUX Control Rods or VELUX Electric Controls.
Manual Pleated shades are available only for VELUX Roof Windows.
Electric Pleated Shades are available only for VELUX Skylights and are
operated in conjunction with a WindowMaster Electric Control System
or Accessory Power Supply. The metallic Thermo-Stop coating helps prevent
heat gain in summer and heat loss in winter.
