The QVE Self-Flashed Electric
Venting Skylight is perfect for those out of reach installations.
In addition to a remote, the Model QVE comes with a pre-installed
concealed motor, control system and two rain sensors and is pre-wired
for sunscreening accessories. And installation is simple because
unlike other motorized skylights, the model QVE using a single
hard wire that connects into a standard junction box.
The QVE features a factory-installed
flashing system designed for shingle roofs.
The Model QVE also comes with
a select wood frame and sash, insect screen, and aluminum cladding.
Dual rain sensors ensure extra
protection from the elements.
