The Model FCM(TM) Curb Mounted Fixed Skylight is sized
to work with all types of site-built curbs, whether they´re slightly
out-of-square, pre-existing, or surrounded by unusually thick flashing
and roofing material. And since the FCM has no designated top, bottom,
or sides, you can install it in whatever direction you want. The Model
FCM Skylight has an NFRC rated value 40% better than the minimum requirements
of the most common building codes in the country, and meets ENERGY
STAR® guidelines nationwide. Heavy-duty materials ensure the FCM
is built to withstand the installation process, as well as anything
Mother Nature throws its way. A maintenance-free exterior combined
with a UV-resistant ABS interior and an integrated gasket, seals out
water, wind, and hassles for years to come.
The Model FCM requires site-built
curb and flashing, and is not compatible with VELUX Controls and
Accessories!
